from the garden to the table
Our organic garden is our love and hobby and the heart of our farm. All day the sun shines there, lots of birds, butterflies and bees are around and "working" constantly with us.
In winter and spring, the little plants are cultivated and grown in our greenhouse. During spring, summer and autumn the vegetables and herbs mature.
In our gardens are growing many different kinds of salads, cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes, spinach, chard, beets, peas, carrots, eggplant and more.
In our herb garden, you find many plants that thrive under the Sardinian sun around and find the freshly dried in the kitchen for tea or use.
Thanks to the favorable climate in Sardinia, we offer our guests all year round fresh vegetables and herbs.
